These Terms are a contract between you and Instincts Sreesa Labs. They cover our website, our audit and consulting services, and our apps. Please read them; by using any of these, you accept them.

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at instinctssreesa.com (the “Website”), our SEO & AI Search Audit, consulting, and content services (the “Services”), and our applications, including our journaling app (the “Apps”), each provided by Instincts Sreesa Labs Private Limited (“Instincts Sreesa Labs,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By using any of them, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use them.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase Services. Our journaling app is not intended for children under 13 (or the minimum digital-consent age where you live, if higher). By using the Services or Apps, you confirm you meet these requirements.
3. The services
3.1 Audits & reports
We provide website audits covering areas such as technical SEO, content, structured data, performance, local visibility, and AI-search (GEO) visibility, delivered as a report and, for some plans, a walkthrough call. Audits use publicly available information about the website(s) you provide; we do not require access to your systems or accounts.
3.2 No guarantee of results
Search-engine and AI-search outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, including search-engine and AI-model algorithms, competition, and how recommendations are implemented. We provide our analysis and recommendations in good faith but do not guarantee any specific rankings, traffic, citations, revenue, or other results.
3.3 Your responsibilities
You confirm that you own, or are authorised to request an audit of, the website(s) you submit, and that the information you give us is accurate and lawful.
3.4 Free snapshot
Any free snapshot is provided “as is,” for evaluation, with no obligation on either side.
3.5 Content services
Where you engage our content strategy or content production services, the specific scope, deliverables, and fees will be set out in a proposal or order confirmation, which forms part of these Terms for that engagement.
4. Payments & refunds
- Fees. Prices for paid plans are shown on the Website or in your proposal and may change; the price at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
- Payment. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and you agree to their terms. We do not store full payment-card details.
- Starter Audit credit. Where stated, the Starter Audit fee may be credited toward a Complete Audit if you upgrade, on the terms shown at purchase.
- Ongoing plans. Monthly plans continue until cancelled; you may cancel with effect from the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds. Because audits and content work are custom services often delivered quickly, fees are generally non-refundable once we have begun work, except where a refund is required by law. If you're unhappy, contact us and we'll try to make it right.
5. Journaling app licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use our journaling app for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to these Terms and the applicable app store's terms. Your entries are your content and are stored on your device. You are responsible for your device and for backing up your data. We are not responsible for loss of content caused by device failure, deletion, uninstalling the app, or your operating system's or cloud provider's backup behaviour.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of content you create, including journal entries and any materials you send us. When you send us materials so we can provide the Services (for example, a website URL or brand assets), you grant us a limited licence to use them only to deliver those Services to you.
7. Our intellectual property
The Website, Apps, reports, templates, brand, and content are owned by or licensed to Instincts Sreesa Labs and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited right to use the deliverables we provide for your own business purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or publish our reports, templates, or content without our written permission.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Website, Services, or Apps, including by: breaking the law; infringing others' rights; attempting to gain unauthorised access to our or others' systems; disrupting or overloading our systems; or requesting audits of websites you are not authorised to submit.
9. Third-party services
Our offerings rely on third parties (for example, hosting, payment processors, app stores, and search/AI platforms). We are not responsible for third-party services, and your use of them is governed by their own terms.
10. Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website, Services, and Apps are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any particular result will be achieved.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Instincts Sreesa Labs and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services or Apps will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the three (3) months before the claim, or (b) INR 1,000. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Instincts Sreesa Labs from and against claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your misuse of our offerings, your content, or your breach of these Terms.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Website, Services, or Apps at any time if you breach these Terms, or where needed to protect our systems or comply with the law. You may stop using them at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will survive.
14. Governing law & disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, and you consent to that jurisdiction.
15. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a new “Last updated” date. If you continue to use the Website, Services, or Apps after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
